It is a single cask bottling from a Sherry Butt with the cask number 900076 and only 630 bottles were made. Sweet fruity flavors, malty notes and gentle oak on <strong>the nose<\/strong>, finishing with a dash of marzipan. Very mild considering the high ABV. Don\u2019t get your nose to close though!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Sherry influence stands out more in <strong>the taste<\/strong>. It is packed with heavily dried fruity flavors, plums and sweet dates. The sweetness really stands out in <strong>the finish<\/strong>. The fruity sweetness first of all, but also some caramelized apples (or something like that).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For a young whisky, they managed to get the taste full of flavors. You can really \u201cchew\u201d this one, and if you like the sweet sherry influenced whiskies, this will definitely suit you!
