A lot of vanilla comes rushing in, but not much happens. The smell is nice, but nowhere near complex or challenging!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The floral notes is dominant in <strong>the taste<\/strong> as well. A bit savory, but not much else here\u2026 Easy to drink. <strong>The finish<\/strong> is medium long and some lemons or lemongrass comes forward. Very uninteresting\u2026 Not much flavor from the cask, but it doesn\u2019t have that new make touch either. That tells me the casks must be some worn out refill casks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is a bit watery, and overall it is pretty clear that it lacks flavors from the casks, due to a too short maturation process.
