Thick syrupy-like <strong>smell<\/strong>. Dried fruits and light meaty peat. Some oak and oak spices in the background.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The peat is the first that hits <strong>my palate<\/strong>. A bit more forward in the taste, compared to the smell. Dried fruits and leather. Quite dry in <strong>the finish<\/strong>, where some vanilla and spices joins the show. Cinnamon and black pepper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I am convinced \u2013 Glasgow Distillery master the art of peated whisky as well. And a great example as well, where either the peat nor the PX casks overwhelms the flavours in the whisky, but compliment each other very well.
