Heavy Sherry influence in <strong>the smell<\/strong>. Rum-soaked raisins, apricots and oak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Very heavy and oily in <strong>the taste<\/strong>. Dark rich dried fruits, loads of spices and hints of Sulphur in the background. Everything calms a bit down in <strong>the finish<\/strong>, and some oak comes forward. Still heavy on the dried fruits though. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A very intense and complex Sherry bomb from Paul John. And it\u2019s only a finish\u2026 That makes you wonder, what would happen if a full maturation in Sherry casks took place! You can easily play around with some water in this.
