Loads of caramel at first in <strong>the smell<\/strong>. Strawberry jam, apricots and raisins. Some lemongrass in the background.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sweet dried fruits in <strong>the taste<\/strong>. White fruits then comes forward \u2013 mostly green apples. Burned oak and caramel. <strong>The finish<\/strong> is a bit oaky, with the dried fruits blending in. Raisins, apricots and some ripe plums.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I cant help thinking this is a bit under matured. Nothing wrong with the whisky, but I just sense some new make spirit and citrusy notes in the background\u2026 Still, it\u2019s a fine dram, and I think it would go well with some vanilla ice cream.
