For a whisky above 60%, I ain\u2019t getting much in <strong>the smell<\/strong> to start with\u2026 cinnamon and oak with some caramel, but without the sweetness. Dry oak that is\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pheww, you get the alcohol now! Oak and spices &#8211; again cinnamon, but with e peppery touch &#8211; rushes in, in <strong>the taste<\/strong>. Some cherry in the background. Very dry <strong>finish<\/strong> with some burned oak and just a touch of caramel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A very fresh Rye Whiskey, spite the spicyness and high ABV. Yet very dry! Does this make sense?
