Only 207 bottles were made. Sweet and grassy in <strong>the smell<\/strong>. Lightly peated with hints of citrus and vanilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sweet vanilla peat in <strong>the taste<\/strong>, with a little alcohol burn to go along with it. Again the grassy notes, but slightly more salty. A thick layer of caramel in <strong>the finish<\/strong>, and it stays for quite a while.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A fine young Taiwanese malt, with the finish as a highlight. Very tasty and the sweet peat really suits it. Not in the Kavalan league yet, but I will definitely look forward to new SMWS bottles from this new distillery.
