You can easily detect the classic Bourbon notes on <strong>the nose<\/strong> \u2013 however, in this case, it is accompanied by some wonderful fruity flavours as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The \u201cBourbon-character\u201d is more dominating in <strong>the taste<\/strong>. Do I get a bit of a floral touch (soapy)? The Port cask maturation is a bit more noticeable in <strong>the finish<\/strong>, where you will find some red berries and extra sweetness joining the party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Great choice to bottle this at 50% ABV! It makes it full of flavours, yet accessible. A great Bourbon-with-a-twist. Not something that is widely available in my region, so thanks for that.
