The Sherry casks have held Oloroso Sherry for 10-12 years. Classic Kingsbarns character in <strong>the smell<\/strong>. Light and fruity. The Sherry is very noticeable in the smell, but in a very light way. Cherries and a little toffee in the background.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The taste<\/strong> is full of oak and dried fruits. Spices (like baking spices, cinnamon etc.) and some sweetness. <strong>The finish<\/strong> is actually quite long, considering the young age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With some more age, I imagine this could be very good! Well, for five years it\u2019s already good!
