A very good balance between the Bourbon and the Sherry casks. The dried fruits mixes great with vanilla and gentle oak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The same elegance applies in <strong>the taste<\/strong>. The oak and the dried fruits is dominant. The light peat comes dancing in and interrupts the picture. But in the good way! <strong>The finish<\/strong> is just a mix of smoke (not peat), leather, oak, dates, raisins and I could go on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is like all the flavors just shifts around in the mouth in the finish. This is just a good dram from start to finish, and it has a kind of elegant touch. Very gentle and very mouthwatering.
