Light peat is the first thing that hits <strong>my nose<\/strong>. Behind it, some dried fruits is hiding. Raisins in particular with just a hint of orange. Put a lid on the glass and give it 10 minutes! Delicious!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A bit watery in the taste considering how full of flavors it has in <strong>the smell<\/strong>. The flavors you get are great though. Plums, oak and vanilla. The dried fruits really comes forward in <strong>the finish<\/strong> with a spicy touch at the end. It got smoke, not peat, all the way through.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is not a cheap 10 year old (and not that expensive either), but the quality makes up for it.
