It\u2019s a limited edition, and the cask numbers are 302661\/64\/69\/73\/79\/80. Very fresh in <strong>the smell<\/strong>. Dried apricots, sultanas and white fruits \u2013 especially pear \u2013 in the background. Light citrus and just a wee hint of hay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The influence from the Oloroso Sherry cask maturation is really coming forward in <strong>the taste<\/strong>. Dried fruits, oak and tannins. <strong>The finish<\/strong> is dry, with some spices coming forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A quite funny Dailuaine \u2013 first it doesn\u2019t seem very influenced by the Oloroso, but then, when you taste it, flavours come rushing in. But it\u2019s like the heavy Oloroso flavours don\u2019t continue to the finish. Still delicious though!
