It is matured in STR Wine Barrique casks. Soft, yet full of flavours in <strong>the smell<\/strong>. Red berries and dried fruits. A nice sour touch in the background.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The taste<\/strong> follows the nose quite nicely. Besides the red fruits, some spices and oak comes forward, with just a touch of shortbread in the background. <strong>The finish<\/strong> is nice and long, with the fruits and spices lingering out, joined by a bit of sweetness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s easy to understand why new distilleries are falling head over heals for these STR casks, as the amount of flavours in such a young whisky is nothing but quite impressive!
