It is made of one third first-fill Oloroso sherry, two thirds refill casks and a bit of ex-Bourbon barrels. Actually quite light on <strong>the nose<\/strong>. Dried fruits \u2013 mostly the lighter end of the scale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Loads of flavours come rushing in at first sip. Sweet raisins and vanilla in <strong>the taste<\/strong>. Some spices and dried fruits as well. <strong>The finish<\/strong> is mostly sweet, with some spices and dried fruits in the mix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s a very sweet expression. But the combination of the high strength and the sweetness is actually quite good! A bit different Glengoyne (it still has the Glengoyne character), and it\u2019s most welcoming!
