In this expression, we are having a look at the Bourbon casks from Cotswolds. Heavy vanilla (and alcohol, so don\u2019t get your nose too close) in <strong>the smell<\/strong>. White fruits, some grassy notes and a bit of hay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A great mouthfeel, and it is very flavourful in <strong>the taste<\/strong>. Vanilla, white fruits and a bit of citrus. <strong>The finish<\/strong> is long and warm, with the flavours from taste, nice and easy lingering out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Good to taste a Cotswolds that is matured solely in ex-Bourbon casks. A very flavourful spirit, and I am sure that with some more age and elegance, this will be a great distillery.
