It is matured in a mix of American and European Oloroso Sherry casks. Elegant with a great balance of honey, oak and dried fruits in <strong>the smell<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The taste<\/strong> has a fantastic combination of dried fruits, spices, oak and lastly vanilla to encapsulate it all. Some oranges and toffee as well. <strong>The finish<\/strong> is long and warm. So many things are happening! Rum-soaked raisins and orange peel is mixing great with the dried fruits, oak and spices, that slowly lingers off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Just a great experience! Fantastic balance, so elegant, and I don\u2019t mind the low strength at all (not often you will hear me say this!!). A whisky that keeps giving, and you can keep finding new flavours.
