Honey and dried fruits in <strong>the smell<\/strong>. Oak, oak spices and a bit of tannins as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A bit more dried fruits comes forward in <strong>the taste<\/strong>. Oak and spices, but no tannins here in the taste. <strong>The finish<\/strong> is medium long, with a bit of acidity\/citrusy notes and sweetness to give it a great balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Sherry Oak range is more heavy and not as elegant as the Double Cask series. Still a great balance though! Try it with the 12 year old Double Cask \u2013 it is very interesting to see what the different types of oak brings to the table.
