A pleasant mix of vanilla, honey and raisins in <strong>the smell<\/strong>. Very refreshing!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Much like the smell, <strong>the taste<\/strong> is full of honey \u2013 both sweetness and mouthfeel \u2013 and dried fruits. Hints of spices as well. <strong>The finish<\/strong> is tasty, but suffers a bit, due to the low strength. The oak spices is the last to leave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Even though it is bottled at 40%, it is still full of flavours and have a great mouthfeel. I really enjoy the Double Cask range, as the balance between the American and European oak is fantastic. This is a great whisky for many occasions, and a great \u201cstarter\u201d.
