It\u2019s bottled in just a few casks, with the cask numbers #1000695-2001229, and only 488 bottles were made. Very fresh with a mineral scent in <strong>the smell<\/strong>. Tropical fruits like melon (cantaloupe), and a hint of raisins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Much more power in <strong>the taste<\/strong>, and the PX finish starts to show. Tannins and a bit more dried fruits than the smell indicated. Still fresh, still melon, but now also some oak and oak spices are showing &#8211; especially in <strong>the finish<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What a fantastic balance. The age, the initial maturation and then the finish, just fits like hand in a glove! And you just get a feeling that this is getting better and better, from the smell to the finish, and then marriage (or balance) of the whole!
