It\u2019s only a part of that cask, as the other part is bottled for the Signatory \u201cThe Un-Chillfiltered Collection\u201d series (see my review here). Only 378 bottles were made. Dried fruits, roasted coffee beans and dark chocolate in <strong>the smell<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As the nose indicated, a fantastic Sherry bomb! Heavy on the dried fruits in <strong>the taste<\/strong>, oak, spices, tannins and a bit of tobacco. <strong>The finish<\/strong> is still full of the dried fruits, but some sweet cherry and marzipan appears, as a perfect addition. In the far background, I get a floral note, that goes all the way through the taste to the finish \u2013 classic Edradour character!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Even though it is a heavy Sherry influenced whisky, it still has that classic Edradour DNA. Sometimes, that is a bit too floral\/soapy for me, but not here. If you love Sherry whiskies and Edradour, this is a no-brainer!
