It\u2019s a single cask, from an Oloroso Sherry Butt, with the cask number 1083. A funny mix of vanilla, fresh red fruits, raisins and a bit of sourness in <strong>the smell<\/strong>. All mixed together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Whisky like no one else than Ben Nevis can make. Round and soft sherry touch, but still with this Ben Nevis roughness in <strong>the taste<\/strong>. Red berries. <strong>The finish<\/strong> is sweet and long &#8211; raisins and oranges. Very dry&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is bang for your bucks. Young, but still full of flavours. Don\u2019t expect a Sherry bomb though. It is exactly what you would expect &#8211; more fresh than dried fruits, due to the young age, with that classic Ben Nevis character.
