White fruits and citrus in <strong>the smell<\/strong>. Fresh pears and lemon peels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fresh white fruits and citrussy notes (again) in <strong>the taste<\/strong>. But also oak spices and some sugary notes. The oak spices lingers great in <strong>the finish<\/strong>, alongside hints of butterscotch, that goes great with the citrussy notes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My initial thought was that it was very young \u2013 not much oak influence in the smell\u2026 But through the taste and finish, the whisky really develops! However, I still feel this is quite undermatured \u2013 or maybe I just can see some potential with some further maturation?
